What if it all goes wrong?

We’re sorry to hear you’re having technical difficulties with iSing Magazine! In order for us to forward your case onto the company that publishes the mag, please send the following information to this EMAIL

  1. Explanation of what you were doing before the error occurred.
  2. Screenshots or a screencast recording of every step that led to the error.
  3. The version of your device, eg iPhone 4s, iPad 2, etc.
  4. The operating system your device is running, eg iOS 7.1.1
  5. A screenshot of the iSing app homepage with the settings section expanded. The settings section can be expanded by opening the app and then clicking on the gear icon found in the bottom right corner of the app homepage. This will allow us to see the app version and the device token of the device having the issue.
